The historic A’arif fort is located in the heart of the city of Hail, above the top of a mountain that overlooks the city, and to which the castle is named by this name. The Hijri period was built and built for the purpose of observation, so its simplicity in its construction was taken into consideration, and reforms took place during the reign of Al Rashid until it reached its current form during the era of Saudi rule, as it was exploring from it the crescent of Ramadan, and it was called the Ramadan Cannon.
